USA 2008 Olympics Basketball, Will they win us the Gold?

I personally dont have as much faith in this team as the coaches and managing director. I feel that there were many beasts in the game right and wont be going to Beijing. Then again there are reports that say that some cats did not want to play and these are the final 12 out of the 33. The only time in life when I rep my country is the World Cup (FIFA) and the Olympics, so I wanna see some damn Gold fuck a Bronze (Athens 2004.)
